TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. What BaseMouse is
BaseMouse is a hosted service operated by MeshAI Labs. It stores documents you import and serves passages from them to your AI agents over an API, with a source attached to every answer and a full history of changes.
2. Your account and API keys
API keys are issued when you purchase a plan. You are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for all use made with them. Each key is scoped to your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Import only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without an agreement with us.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. BaseMouse never sees your card details. Plan limits, quotas, and prices are shown on the rate card before you pay.
5. Your content
The documents you import stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, index them, and serve them back to you and your agents. We do not use your documents to train models.
6. Open source
The BaseMouse core engine is MIT-licensed and self-hostable. These terms cover the hosted service only. The open-source license covers the code you run yourself.
7. Disclaimers and liability
